Who processes your data

This website is operated by Tumanov Group, a partner sales agency for the FIZZ Kata project. Contact: info@fizz-kata.com, +90 534 795 7156. We are not the developer and not the project owner.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your phone number, your preferred contact channel, anything you write in the message, and the page you sent it from. We also record the time of the request and a hashed form of your IP address for anti-spam purposes. We do not ask for an email address, a passport number, or any payment detail on this site.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry about this project: to send you the price list when it is issued, the plan set, the purchase terms or an answer to a specific question, and to follow up on that conversation. Nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not pass it to third parties for advertising, and we do not add you to a newsletter.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by writing to info@fizz-kata.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers on first load. Analytics counters, if enabled, start only after you accept them in the consent banner. Anything the site remembers between visits is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to info@fizz-kata.com and we answer within 30 days.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and stored outside the site's public directory. We never ask you to transfer money to a personal card or personal account, and we never ask for banking access credentials. If such a request reaches you in our name, it is not from us.
