Nothing per unit and no guide per square metre. Three things do narrow the range.

How it works
What a Rhom Bho launch price list looks like
Rhom Bho has launched more than 14 projects in Phuket, and the pattern is stable. The price list is a table by unit: floor, unit number, type, area in square metres, price in baht, and status. Prices are set per square metre by floor and view, so the same layout costs more on floor 6 than on floor 3, and the top floor of a 7-storey building sits above the rest.
The list is issued to registered buyers on launch day, usually with a payment schedule and a reservation form attached. Early buyers choose from the full inventory; a month later the best-positioned units of each type are typically gone. That is the practical reason to register before, not after, the launch.
For FIZZ the plans, areas and facilities list arrive first, and prices at the launch. When the plans arrive, this page grows a layout catalogue; when the price list arrives, an apartment selector with filters by floor, view and price.

Questions about prices at FIZZ
Is there an entry price for FIZZ?
Not yet — no price list and no guide per square metre. The first figures come with the launch in mid-October 2026. The sister project KUARTZ in Karon was announced at ฿130–135k per m²; treat that as the developer's current level, not as a FIZZ price.
Will early buyers pay less?
Rhom Bho launches usually open with the full inventory and a launch-day price list; price rises tend to come with construction milestones rather than with the calendar. Registering early buys choice more than discount — and in a 135-unit building choice runs out fast.
Can I reserve an apartment before the price list?
Not at FIZZ: reservations open with the price list. What you can do now is register, receive the plans as soon as they are released and shortlist the layouts you want.
Which floors have the sea view?
Not published. The building has 7 floors and stands 700 m from the beach inside the village; the view plan comes with the floor plans, and the price list will reflect the difference.
