Rhom Bho builds one type of product and has done so for years: low-rise resort condominiums of a few hundred units, close to a beach, sold to a mixed audience of foreign buyers and Thai investors. The Title Residences Nai Yang, The Title Legendary Bang Tao, Halo, Serenity, Olive — different names, the same formula: 7 floors or fewer, a pool in the courtyard, Mediterranean-style facades, a management company for rentals.
The company is listed on the SET as TITLE since 2018, and since 2023 its controlling shareholder is AssetWise PCL, a Bangkok developer of national scale with about 68% of the shares. For a buyer that means two layers of public reporting, not one, and a parent with deeper pockets than most Phuket developers have.
FIZZ breaks the pattern in two ways: a new geography — Kata instead of the north-west coast and Rawai — and a new line without The Title prefix, launched together with KUARTZ in Karon. The format itself is unchanged: 7 floors, 135 apartments, 700 metres to the sea.
