Layouts of the five types
One layout per type as shown by the developer: 1 Bedroom 32.20 m², 1 Bedroom Plus 44.30 m², 2 Bedroom 58.20 m², 2 Bedroom Penthouse 64.80 m² and 3 Bedroom Penthouse 105.10 m² — both penthouses drawn with their rooftop level.

Floors 2–6: 24 apartments per floor
The building is an L-shaped block around the pool and the clubhouse. On each of floors 2–6 there are 14 one-bedrooms, 9 one-bedroom plus and one two-bedroom, numbered A01 to A24 with the floor number in front.
Floor 7: the penthouses
The top floor has 15 apartments: 6 two-bedroom penthouses of 64.5–77.4 m², 3 three-bedroom penthouses of 105.1–110.7 m², three one-bedroom plus of 50.8–52.0 m² and three one-bedrooms.
Rooftop: a private terrace for each penthouse
Each of the 9 penthouses has an internal staircase to its own terrace on the roof, drawn with a dining area and a round soaking pool or daybeds. The rest of the roof is the residents' sky garden, dining and viewing deck.

Are there studios at The Title FIZZ?
No. The smallest apartment is a one-bedroom of 31.7 m² with a separate bedroom. There are 73 one-bedrooms between 31.7–33.0 m².
How many apartments are there per floor?
24 on each of floors 2–6 and 15 on floor 7, 135 in total. Floor 1 is parking.
Do the penthouses have their own terraces?
Yes. All 9 penthouses are on floor 7 and each has a private terrace on the roof reached by an internal staircase. With the terrace the developer quotes areas up to 168 m².
Can I choose a specific apartment now?
You can shortlist by number from the floor plates. Reservations open with the price list in mid-October 2026; people on the list receive it first.
